LOL--Hiya Max-- fireworks are actually illegal here in the republic, they have to be smuggled in from the North, so they rarely make it down to Cork, I did'nt see one this year!
OY Who you calling KP well I'm not! just the Australian Sun got to me, should always wear a hat.? Anyway you should be worrying about that Irishrover fella Denis the Menace. His associating with you, it's turned him funny peculiar. He appeared on my table the other night dressed as a woman, well I mean, out in public to. Your responsible, he's picked up your bad habits, he'll be talking gibberish next. Mmmm Early release today bangers and mash tonight. Byeeeee Hugs
Another floppin false alarm!!!! --The doctors came round this morning and said I need a cat scan, and home in a few days---- Jeezussss----- communication breakdown or what!!!!---- I had that scan on friday, so I told the doctors and they said they would look into it---- Nothing happened, so I complained to the boss man on the ward and he got my surgeon to come and see me---- He says I can go home tomorrow!!!!!---Again!!!----lol--- jessssuuusss------I was beginning to think they are trying to get me to discharge myself, I already done that as well----- Two hours after the prune juice!!!!!
Hiya Boys and not so boys, Just thought I would put another massive thanks to everyone that has posted on this thread. I am almost definitely going home tomorrow, so I have a lot to be thankful for. It has really cheered me up reading your wishes, and I'm pretty sure it has indeed speeded my recovery.
It's amazing what surgeons can do these days, and they all agree that the patients mood and attitude is very important to recovery, everyone has to have their mood assessed before surgery, because if it is not right, the surgeon may decide that it's better to wait until it improves.
My mood test was perfect, and this community forum was a big part of that fact
So everyone that posted here, and on the thread in area 51, has been partly responsible for the surgeons decision to push forward as fast as possible, and sort out your flopwit flaphead proper!!!!

Thanks Dennis, yeh, we will go for a pint, I just have to do a bit of research first----- Apparently, I can't safely drink more than a pint because alcohol thins the blood---- BUT--- green vegetables (vitamin k ) thicken the blood, so in theory, I can drink more than a pint if I eat cabbage with it-----lol
