yesterday morning i wrote a post about how the guy on sky help told me i couldn't have a deposit bonus dew to the fact my sky poker account was in profit, i had included a copy of the online chat we had. It was titled ' asked sky for a bonus ' so guess my surprise when today its been erased.
they sent me a nice PM though explaining how it was not something that should be made open to the forum, so much for being able to write a genuine post but just coz it shows how dopey some of sky pokers employees are and the fact it highlighted sky favouring of serial depositors it gets deleted.
i have two friends who play on sky, they only play 2-3 times a week and only deposit £5-£10 each time however they seem to always get either a £10 bonus to match their deposit or as the one did he deposited £20 and got £25 extra added and when they go bust a new bonus or token is offered to them. This was the reason i asked sky for a deposit bonus as had never been offered one in my bonus page.
so sky, you can delete this one to if you wish.......il just write another one, or would i face a ban then???

I hope you accept my comments in the spirit given, but I'm not in the least surprised your Post was removed.
If you wrote a private note to Sky Poker, & they splashed it all over this Forum, you'd not be very happy, now would you?
But they had a private convo with you, & you chose to publish it.
Are you REALLY surprised they removed it? Would you like YOUR private diaslogues published?
The contents of the note are not relevant - it is wrong wrong wrong to publish private communications. I have seen a lot of it on here recently. In all cases, expect such Posts to be removed.
Cake & eat it, do as thy will be done. You expect privacy, etiquette, & decent manners when you write to Sky Poker, & you get it - Sky Poker would never in a million years break those basic rules of etiquette. Same applies to you though, too.
Same thing applies to decent manners, too. You suggest Sky Poker employees are "dopey". Thank you, & maybe we are, certainly in my case, guilty as charged. But Sky poker will always be unfailingly polite with you, & all Clients. Again, cuts both ways.
Take care now bud, & I hope your query gets sorted. But please remember, this is the Forum, for General Poker Chat. It is NOT Customer Care.
Have a good weekend bud.
