You earn poker points and at the end of each month Sky will give you cash based on how many you've earned

Apart from that, you can also use them to enter freerolls on Sky

This has been discussed Trebor but it would be VERY expensive for Sky to set up and I think they've got their eye on other things at the moment, like making sure the actual poker site is the best it can be.
