Bit random but if box doesn't allow you to type try Google Chrome, I had similar problems using Firefox.

Yeah, PM'ing got destroyed in Firefox v6 from memory. Shame really, and every time FF updates I hope it gets sorted. Still not :-/

I would suggest you send an email to CC, explaing exactly what happens, and what browsers you have tried, they should pass it onto the relevent dept

When did you try sending me the PM? Odd that you can't message me - not having any problems besides that.

As for your query, sorry that you're not having the greatest time with them. The Community and Customer Care are very much different beasts though, but I'll see if I can get someone to have a look in to it and I'll drop you another PM. (Which hopefully you'll be able to reply to this time if needs be!)
