NOT TO SAY GL ALL ON TABLES AS I`M OFF TO LONDON FOR A CHECK UP ON THE OLD HIP, FIRST ONE SINCE I`V HAD THE HIP OP NEARLY 2 MONTHS BACK, AND NO I WILL NOT BE RUNNING MARATHONS, THE ONLY RUNNING I DO IS AWAY FROM THE MISSES OR I GET MOVED TO ANOTHER POKER TABLE.
SO IF I`M NOT AROUND TO ANNOY ANYONE TONITE IT MEANS I AM TOO SHNACKERED, THE TRAVELLING ALWAYS TAKES IT OUT OFF ME.

P.S IF THERE`S ANY RIOTS STARTED THERE IT WAS NOT ME THAT STARTED IT. ( HONEST )

gl sporney, I had no idea you were in to hip op, still, if it gets you out and about, it can't be bad eh? Personally, I would give Pink floyd and led zeppelin another chance at your age.

THEY MEAN A RADIO-ACTIVE BONE SCAN, WHERE THEY INJECT YOU WITH WELL YOU KNOW, THEN THEY ALL RUN BEHIND A LEAD WALL WHILE LEAVING YOU TO HAVE THE SCAN AND HOPING YOU DON`T TURN INTO THE INCREDIBLE HULK. SEROUSLY THOUGH NOTHNG TO WORRY ABOUT I WAS IN AND OUT FOR THE SCAN IT WAS THE WAITIING AFTERWARDS FOR THE SCAN TO PROSSESS TO MAKE SURE IT`S CLEAR TO SEE OR YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT ALL AGAIN.

i had a similar scan to that on my shoulder a few years back, very uncomfortable while the dye goes in. Get used to it after about 30 seconds tho. All worth it ofc.
