Sinse I departed the DTD early, played some more Hi Lo.  attempt 8 was halted at level 6, which is possibly the worst place to exit after levels 1 and 2. So profit back up to £24.75.  had 1 more game to begin attempt 9, which I cashed, so attempt 9 will continue from level 2 tomorrow.

ps, I went in a Omaha HiLo tournament on Sunday to see what its like. Absolutely baffled by it. Think I should've read the rules first! How I finished 8th from 25 runners I will never know lol

Thank you mate, the table is the levels I play in order until I go out, then I go back to level 1.  When I do go out, I add 1 to the left coloumn at that level. therefore in the table below you will see that i have gone out at level 2 six times.  There is a loss of 50p for going out at this level.  the six is multiplied by by -50 meaning that i have lost £3.  This is in the coloumn on the right hand side.  The total for all the outs, the profit or loss, is at the bottom right.

Okay have been doing this post on Hi Lo for ten days, number of response posts to say the least is dissapointing.  I am thinking of giving up due to the fact that I feel that the response to my posts  has been minimal.   other posts for holdem seem to attract responses from many players. If you think I am whistling in the dark here, please say.  I will post my progress if anyone is interested, otherwise I wiill desist. Your thoughts will be welcome.

I do read your posts with interest, although I haven't responded so far. Tbh, not sure what I could add that would be of value.

Like you I wish there was more Omaha action, both on the forum and at the tables. I play exclusively Omaha MTTs. haven't really dabbled in DYMs. From a fun point of view, how close are DYMs to MTTs? Do you get the same mix of passive and aggressive players, or does everyone just wait for monsters?
