Think it just comes down to what the money would mean to the individual.  Folding the 10's is a pretty much guarenteed 2nd given stacks and aggro.

If playing for title then its an easy call.

Feldman lost loads before they moved up then got it all back and a bit more at 100/200

he was your basic sit and wait for action bum hunter much like the higher heads up games are currently

Feldman used to play under the name Logno on this site and is to this day the only player i have seen playing 100/200 when he played heads up against what looked to be quite a big fish (obv guessing from railing).  he lost a small fortune on the smaller (10/20) tables and then they took the action up to 100/200.  think he stacked him in the end when he limped AA from the button and the other guy shoved K8 off (lol...the good old sky days).
