Somebody else also posted somewhere else about this too.

The thing is we get this every month and the ammount of time it takes never changes. Just remember not to include saturdays and sundays as they're not classes as working days.

tbf cust serv av told me b4 that Saturday counts as a working day, so can understand the confusion

Even if sunday is included as a buisness day. Surly people can just wait for there C4P. Sky arnt actually going to kepe it from them. They will get it eventually.
