    Righty- Ho, can anyone help?

     I saw thissant's grotto  promotion & I thought I'd dip in & play the 'one hand' per day.

    Last weekend it turned into an all in which saw me lose £10 on a flip, other than that I was a few quid up a couple of times.

    anyway, I had an email on thurs to tell me I'd done 3/5ths of my qualification, so playing on two more days would seal the deal & qualify mew for the promo tourney.

    I went on last night and played a few hands, and today I went on to play the final one ( or so...).
    Before doing it, I looked at the promo details & it specified that you have to go to your promo page & enter the code GROTTO before you start ( which I didn't do originally.)
    I thusly went to the page & entered the code as I figured it wise before playing the last time. I then went & played on a qualifying table for a few hands (maybe just one i think) and came out.

    on my promos page it doesn't show  me having qualified & I'm wondering if entering the code has knackered things.
    you onviously qualify without the code as the email I rec'd on thursday testifies, but does anyone know where I can discover that I have in fact qualified (or not..?)

    *** update ***

    Just re-read thursday's email & it states that playing twice more AND entering the code will opt me in for the grotto tourney.

    Guess I just wait til Thurs to register now.

    If this is meant to promote cash it hasn't worked . At least at this level it proved my dislike of it. Oh well 2 days to qualify. To puppetjack I thought you had to enter GROTTO before you start.

    Iknow its probably being asked somewhere but im to tired to read whole thread .

    As ive played 5 raked hands over 5 days ( i think thats right to qualify isnt t )does it automatically reg me for it or do i have to find it and reg myself and is it in the lobby now?

    PLZ HELP

    Apparently you'll get an email on the 23rd Dec saying you can now register for said tourney. So they aint opening registration til quite last minute to reduce the number of people who register early, forget about it and are just sat out..

    EDIT: What did you have in that hand where I made you fold and then showed A8??

So they aint opening registration til quite last minute to reduce the number of people who register early, forget about it and are just sat out..     lol - was just thinking about that hand when i saw your name - u got me - I had u beat A Q - thought u were a nit :)

    Finished a cpl of buy ins up tho and finally remembeered to play the survivor so all good

I have a sneaky suspicion that we ain't gonna get invited into santas grotto this year lol, and if it is like that i ain't gonna play any more qualifying games because its going to be just a rip off to get more rake off us.

    Do the players who won seats in the Grotto as spot prizes need to register at 4-00pm too? Or are we already pre-registered?

    You're already registered. The only players in the lobby for the Grotto before 4pm are those that won a seat from Sky_Santa

    I've jsut checked download, and the Grotto FR is definitley in the lobby, in All and Freerolls.

    Make sure all your 'reg' boxes are unticked.

    Got my email _ Unfornately it said i can,t reg. Being playing NL4 and and NL10 - Missed the bit that said the raked hands had to  be at NL20 or i wudda played it -

    Going away for Christmas so might give it a break for a week or 2 - Looks a good touney tho

    Same here, got in touch with the rudest customer service agents who tell me you only play at 2/4p level, blatently haven't looked at my account, I made sure I qualified for this and lost quite a bit doing so :(

    edit: finally dealt with someone who actually checked my account! Must be slacking near xmas!
