Heads up cash Sitting out...SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!

Time and time again this happens, an opponent buys-in for what ever thay had (most of the time barely table min) they get stacked after a couple hands and then after going broke they just sit out! I then have to sit there for X amount of time (usually 10 or so minutes) untill the table boots them off for inactivity.
Is this them trying to wind me up? Its happened maybe 6 times in the past couple of days.

    its been like that for a long time.

    i dont play heads up but it happens in ring games as well. i think the problem is to many players just close window down without clicking the stand button 1st. i believe in ring games its 3 orbits before they are removed, but if im right in what i think there must be something that can be done about it

    i think theyve reduced that now.

    However still in HU no hands are getting played if you stand they can sit there all day if they want to.

    Yeah that makes sense actually, might have to contact support with this as its definately a problem that has been noticed by others, maybe a software bug that needs a simple code update.

    ive been playing recently n there has been occasions ive missed blinds twice while sat out, so im assuming its still at 3.

    i know hu is diff, it must be a time thing, but i was trying to identify that maybe their is a glitch that people just close down the tables and it isnt auto removing them from tables. if that is the case it should be rectified because i cant come up with any other explanation at the minute

    Ok guys i spoke to support and not really much was said to be honest apart from thats how the software was set up, so when a player leaves a table they must hit the stand button first and then leave to be fully removed from the table and for their seat to be made available.
    If they just click the page close button in the top right corner then the page will close but they would still be at the table but sitting out.
    I asked for the issue to be sorted as its a bit of a pain in the backside to have to sit there for 5+ minutes waiting for the player to be auto-booted for inactivity untill the next guy can play.
    Hopefully it will be taken on board but im not holding my breath :)

    What little hu I have played I have found this to be a big issue so I agree that this should be changed as a matter of urgency

    The issue has been raised by myself via tech support so they definately know about it now.
    I doubt the last outage included this in its update but cant be sure as ive not been HU since then.
    Ill be having a crack at it today though.
