yes, it has happened, i also believe 24 heads is the record for heads taken

I got to a final table on an £11 BH, and one player hadn't got any heads at that point, he got 1 eventually though!

I think TK made the FT of the 33BH on a Thursday without taking any which is pretty amazing.

Also think Rich Orford made a FT too with no bounties.
