Instant photo approval please

I'm tired of seeing threads with a pending photo and you just know it'll all be buried before it's even approved.

We're all over 18
It's a community site so you wouldn't get many people posting pics that aren't allowed
Mods could delete any inappropiate ones which would be flagged quickly anyway

You could even have it so that anyone can instantly put up a picture but if their post gets a couple reports the pic could be changed to pending until the mods have a look.

This would be great but I can't see it happening.

This is why I always post a link to the pic aswell so people can go and view it whilst it's awaiting approval.

It's a shame, as this is a site emphasised on community I doubt many people would abuse it.

The link thing's a good idea, more people should do that

I do know, there are a number of reasons why photographs are checked first, one of them is Copyright, if the site was caught infringing this, it would cause serious problems for the site, it is not the first time Copyright has stopped a photo being published, so the site has to be really, really carefull.

TBH I can see the reasoning behind it, and have to agree with it.

a bit naive i think.....read some of the stuff when people get a bad beat.....then add instant photo approval=trouble

while I can understand your frustration at this, just one point I'd like to make is that The Mods have no facility to approve photos, Sky Poker employees are the omly ones who can. I would imagine in these days oc PC gone mad, it would have a lot to do with legal issues more than anything else as to why this is the case. 

i will send an email to the Sky peeps to make them aware of this thread, and hopefully they will respond as to the issues in full, however please give them some time as it is the Xmas weekend and there will only be a skeleton staff on

also one more point is while some photos may not appear to have been approved, they have but the pages are cached so pressing ctrl +f5 will update them
