In the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve here on Sky Poker TV we’re going UKOPS crazy!
We have four, count ‘em, FOUR shows in a row- every night from Tuesday 27th to Friday 30th covering our massive festive online festival.
And every night we’ll be LIVE from a new time of 7pm for FIVE HOURS!
I’ll be here for all of them...

...and I bring you five hours from the baize moments after it’s happened with special guest and friend of Sky Poker, US commentator David Tuchman.
Wednesday 28th
…is the £10K Doublestack with myself, Trevor Harris
and a very popular face with our viewers and an old friend of Sky Poker Michelle Orpe!
Thursday 29th
… sees the £25,000 Bounty Hunter with Fat Santa Carlo and myself, or should that be mys'elf'?
Friday 30th
…And last and by all means MOST, on the eve before new year’s Eve it’s the big one- the UKOPS Christmas Main Event with a gargantuan £50,000 guaranteed in the kitty and I’ll be joined by Father Christmas himself, Tikay...
and poker journalist and blogger Jen Mason.

just a couple of questions lol
1st, i have been watching your cash quest with interest as i have just started playing cash myself, I was a bit disturbed that you wasn't playing you own money even though you probably earn more in a week than i do in a month lol and yes being staked brings its own pressures i know.
2nd I have also took a interest in the survivor series to see if anyone else could do it, I see coolmark did it and congratulations to him, you posted on his thread that you thought he was the 1st player to do this, not sure if you ment during your promotion or ever, but i did it on the 6th of August, so my real question is, can i have a free seat at the main event or at least a side avent on the same night, after all it is Christmas,

Best xmas present was a trip to Ireland with my wife where i have just got back from and where we had a fantastic time seeing the sites of the great country and also visiting on one occasion a very busy market where my wife bought herself a photocopied picture of none other than Sky Pokers very own Carlo Citrone himself from a big Irish guy called Ronnie who was selling them out of a suitcase at the entrance

Totally agree with carlo here, i think check folding to a bet on the flop is weak v a unknown player and check calling gives no extra info and if the guy with KK fires again it wont mean he actually has a overpair as the call from you on the flop looks weak and if he is any good he would pick up on that and fire again anyway with ak aq etc.
At least betting out the flop and being called gives alot more info because ak aq would fold most of the time there or at best call then check turn for free card on river.
