they are obviously robbing people of their enjoyment of poker again but not to worry there is always next time and the same s hit will happen agen Posted by SNEAKYTOMO
A break every hand.....what a novel idea. Come on Sky, refunds plus compensation for wasting my time please.
cant see them canceling it so far in especially with bounties been taken etc, so if they arent going to cancel i doubt you will get them refunding £26k
are sky going to let us now what is going on here?? Posted by grantos888
Its been ruinning 2hrs, blinds have rocketed up and no cards being played, its even slower than when it started. Come on SKY make some decisions please.

Yep agreed it is going to be a real hard one for the management to sort out fairly, such a shame it happened in one of their biggest tourneys.
Utter Farce, They say Fulltilt is crooked ! SKy should pay everyone back the £33 and take the bounties already paid out on the chin ! Posted by PUCPOUND
Absolutely - because 'Sky believe in better'.......lol

guess they also have to consider impact on mini as people entered both for the jackpot - a mess
Well I am unsure how they can think it fair to go on so long when people have been literally blinded out because card dead for only 5 hands ...lol and have to push because of blinds.
this is soooo not fair tourn should have been canceled as soon as they knew this was happening if i dont get my buy in back i will never play this site again, although i sympothise s*** happens it aint the players/customers who should pay
its more annoying for me cos only just come back to sky after playing another site for a long time an was really getting back in to it now i feel demoralised lol............................................
I'm sure that both the Sky technical team and the customer service team will give you answers in the next day or so. Whenever I've had a complaint like this they have sorted it as soon as they could. Getting wound up on here doesn't really help anyone. Posted by scotty77
If they had stopped the tournament on first discovering technical issues, and explained why, then everybody would of been fine. Keeping us sat here like spare pr1cks at a wedding is wrong.
Just gone out because blinds raised too much when this started i wasnt doing too bad very sad to see this happen and pleased im not in that meeting in the sky office tomorrow!

Agree that there's no point getting wound up - but I think any player affected by what's happened in the tournie tonight should express their views here in a civilised manner.

I agree with this , i didnt start the post to diss SKY POKER i am sure they will sort it out eventually but perhaps as i said before should have stopped the tourney as soon as they were aware of problem, the longer it goes on the bigger the problem will be.
