  • edited December 2011

  • edited December 2011

i finished 20thish and was settled accordingly
  • edited December 2011
Well i was there for 2.5 hrs and it feels like they waited until the numbers were reduced before doing something, I havent received anything.
  • edited December 2011

  • edited December 2011
i would really like ot see the full breakdown of refunds
  • edited December 2011
if you look aqt the lobby they hav nt given the actual first prize to first place. Which means there is still half the money missing. all they ve paid bac is the bounties? Any chance of a tourney with half the priza pot with evetryone starting on the chips they had? The only fair way to do it? anda seperate freeroll for those that went out earlier but still cost them their palce in the tourney?
  • edited December 2011
could they still be working through it?  I have othing but they must surely refund every player effected by the problems
  • edited December 2011
Lets see what will happen for all the people who went out with nothing i am sure it will be sorted tomorrow when i get back from work.
     I have faith in them.

hi all this may or may not help

All remaining players will receive a payout based on the total number of chips they hold when the tournament was cancelled. The player who has the highest number of chips being deemed to have finished first and the player with the second highest number of chips being deemed to be second etc. This payout will be the total of the unclaimed portion of the prize pool for the tournament prior to the server crash, which will be distributed to each remaining player based on their final finishing position as explained above. The payment each individual will receive will be in line with the tournaments displayed payout structure.

this is taken from the t &c's

How can this tournament be classed as fair?? I paid my money to be part of a fairly run tournament and not for this shambles! Because of the delays it became an all in or fold tournament for most!

In Response to Re: £20000 BH running so slow : hi dan. the remaining money in play( excluding all head prizes, cus this is already won by individuals) was distributed between the remaining 141 players in accordance with their position. i was in 10th and got a refund of 136 pound. plus my bounty of 100 odd
    Posted by BCFC_CHU
see im confused here why did you get a refund of £136 i think to be fair all players that were affected by this was alot more than 141 players should have been a refund of £33 plus what ever bounties that player has collected some strange numbers here...

yeah was in it Rob .....up to a point lol but at the time I just thought it was re-balancing of tables, but then it got steadily worse, just gonna wait to see what it was m8

i am still really confused by this i sit 7th in this tourny and have recieved a payout of £188 which includes my bountys this is not acceptable sky really have some explaining to do i mean look at crankfish given a refund of £210 sat in first place with a massize chance of taking down £2500 + when the problems started to occur pause the tourny untill it was sorted and none of this would of happened now they allowed it to continue and have to pay the price for what i see as lack luster organization from should a big and trusted name this is uttley unacceptable.

I agree, it was very frustrtating to put it midly!  I do think that Sky will realise it and do something about it.  I am going to wait and see what happens.
