    Fold more.

    : )

I think people will need more information.

What gamnes and levels do you play at ?

How long have you been playing ?

Do you lose, break even or make a profit ?

Try posting some hands in the poker clinic too.

I have same problem mate ;)

It hard for anyone to give you advice with such little information, post some hands, maybe abit more about what you struggle with not just you cant fold like more scenarios.

Maybe post what you play and how u generally do, as much info as possible then im sure there will be plenty of ppl who can help you.

    easy...... learn to fold!

In seriousness you need to introduce some discipline into your play and probably learn to be alot more patient.

A good learning exercise to improve disciple is play at low levels so the money isn't important if you lose and create yourself a rule like I am not going to play any hands containing cards lower than 10.  This is great in helping to improve discipline, will teach you to fold hands that you would normally get sucked into playing, and will actually mean you're playing stronger starting hands so probably increasing your chances of going deeper in tournaments.

You can vary the rule to suit what you are trying to improve / practice but it's improtant to play your entire session true to that rule if the objective in to improve discipline.

Looks Like you need to tighten up your game -

Sit Tight, Look for premium hands only to start with such as QQ, KK AA, AK sooted. Connecting Cards such as 78 sooted and mid to small pocket pairs are worth while calling into an unraised or min raised pot.

Don't forget - If we dont hit well with our connected and mid to small pairs we need to slow down our betting and be prepared to fold to any raise/re-raise.

If we can't stick to some of these basic rules we are going to struggle with improving our game.

Keep your hands away from the mouse to give you more time to think - it may stop you from making those rash calls.

    Good Luck.
