joined sky on the 26/12/11 and been playing alot on here at £11-£30 dym and other games

i registered to play a game off russian roulette at £1.10 and lobby jumped to a £22 game i contacted cs who said its not a problem on there side must be mine and to contact the tec team..i sent them an email and have had no reply..and today it has happened again..again being told to wait for a responce..i think it is very poor that cs are not able to look into it and just make you wait longer...i enjoy sky but will not play if they cannot sort things out then blame there customers for things that happen with there software..just poor

Good aftenoon ethel, & I'm sorry you appear to have had a bad experience. I will ensure that Customer Care get to see this thread.

However, a question for you, before I do.

After you Register for a Tourney or STT, surely you get another Box, in which your Entry is confirmed, subject to you clicking "OK".

Is that not correct? Did you not get that box?

That is the whole purpose of that "second" box - to allow the player to ensure he/she has not entered an incorrect Event, & give them the option to cancel, simply by clicking the button you get the option to de-register.

Let me know, please, then I'll try & move your problem to the relevant desk, if appropriate.

    Thanks.

It's not a question I can answer on the Forum, ethel, I'm sorry, you need to reply to them if you are unsure.

To be fair, that's the sole reason for the existence of the "OK" box - to ensure the player can rescind the decision if they wish, before it's too late. You are NOT Registered until you click that 2nd box.

How did you get on, anyway - did you win them?

you have to be careful when clicking on a game in the lobby, the screen changes very quickly...you think you've clicked a £2 game but the screen moves that game up or down the list and you click on a £10 pound game, like tikay said you have to check the next box for conformation to make sure you get the right game.regards Alan..

Tip for you - if you keep registering for the wrong games, then use the filters so that if you want to play a £1.10 game, only the lower stakes games show up in the lobby, and you can't misclick on a £55 DYM or something. You might still misclick, and that's what the confirmation is for, however, you'll still end up in a fairly low stakes game.

Also, setting the lobby to show tournaments in order of starting time, then the order in the lobby won't change.
