I have found some videos on youtube of the series.Any chance of this happening again in the future?

    imo tsp has taken its place!!!!  not easy to get on in any stretch of the imagination, but the best chance a recreational player has got in getting staked in a £1k tourney

    It remains something that might be done again, yes, the "problem" is the sheer weight of different Promotions currently in train, or planned, means it's tough for stuff to find an opening.

    After the move to the new Studio has settled down - that's the current thing pre-occupying everyone @ 865 - the next project in line is Series 2 of the "Sky Poker UK Cash Game", or whatever variant of it is decided upon, & we had another long Meet about that yesterday.

    I would love to see total player back again. I was lucky enough to get chosen for the final 18 and be mentored by Matt Broughton. It was a great experience and I feel im 10x the player I was 2 years ago when it was running and would love to have a crack at it again.

    As Tikay mentioned would love to shoot this again but obviously we learnt alot from the first series, so we would make changes to series 2.

    It still frustrates me that the first Total Player was carried out during my first ever month long break from poker after burning out a bit, I've been looking forward to having a chance for years now! ;)

    I want it back plz, missed last time and even if i have no chance of getting there(although a slim one) still would be nice to cheer on Dohhhh this time :)

    Tbh i really enjoyed the 1st series but not sure  it would be worthwhile with a 2nd one as quite obv Dudeskin8 would tid with ease , dont ya think m8 ?? ;)

    LOL i most certainly will :) if he had to come in studio i think he would he's just too lazy for SPT's and any other stuff which would require too much effort. Surely he cant be a recluse all his life...

    Haaaaaaaaaa ^^^^^

    The first total player was a total fluke that I got as far as I did.

    Was new to the site, made some noise on the forum, told everyone I was the best player in the World, etc. 

    Then talked Tuckhman into thinking I was the next Tom Dwan to blag my way through the rounds, n lost out to Ben. 

    My regret about the last TP, we had a 500 free bankroll to use. On the last night my bankoll was £400, I had 2 hours to spin it up & keep anything above £500. 

    I was almost certain I wasn't gonna make the final, but I still sat there n played £10 HU sngs. Unreal.

    If ever there was a time for a free shot @ 300nl, that was it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
