im in the middle of intense research about a book iam writing titled "unusual liasons".apart from tkay falling in love with himself has any member of the community fell in love/had a blind date/had dinner or even married and had kids with a fellow poker player here on sky poker?

    Clearly this post is about relationships in poker on Sky Poker.  Therefore it can be classed as General Poker Chat.

    when im in a game when theres a convo goin on about relationships ill eat my own socks but where as the typical convo ragging is about how bad the river action is on this site and i bring it up in the 'general chat section' as a genuine question it gets moved cos the powers at be dont like my choice of topic

    There is a specific thread for questions like yours, there isn't really a section regarding the OP.  however is was a general poker related topic.

    There is a couple on the site, now I believe they both play on here.  The young lady actually posted up a thread on how the relationship started.  I cant remember if it was through Sky Poker, but I think there was definitely a poker element.  Rather than name I will PM the person in question to let her know about this thread

    Thanks for your pm Peter,

    The post I wrote was in answer to FlyingDagg's question "how did you get started in poker?" but I'm not sure if mine and budgirl's story is relevant to this. He taught me to how to play poker shortly after we met ....in fact it was probably on our 2nd date, knowing him lol!

    budgirl had been with sky since it started and he created "yidette9" for me as I started to pick up the basics of poker.

    Then I was let loose on my own ......
