Sky Poker forums will be temporarily unavailable from 11pm Wednesday July 25th.
Sky Poker Forums is upgrading its look! Stay tuned for the big reveal!
I earned over 3000 points in december and was expecting £50 and got £30 dont you think £20 is to much of a drop.
I noticed they are advertising this new CASH FOR POINTS as even better, but I think it only helps the high rollers
they do not show the CASH FOR POINTS pay structure table because the ordinary punters are getting less.I am fed up people saying it is money for nothing when you can clearly see the money SKYPOKER drain out every pot you play.

It would be better if you contacted Customer Care to resolve this, there is no facility for sorting these things out on the Forum.
I did ask the question on your behalf, but I believe......Sky Poker are of the view that you did NOT earn 3,000 points in December, you earned less than that, according to them.
I can't really discuss it further here, due to DP issues, but please contact Customer Care, who will explain the situation. I have been assured, however, that you were paid exactly the correct amount, based upon the points you accrued in December.
It is true that Sky Poker charge rake on pots - all poker sites do, it's how they charge for the use of the facility.
