I think you played it fine, i would have probably semi-bluffed raise the flop, not the turn, rather than flat call the flop. I have no idea what kind of hand he is representing by min betting the flop and turn, so unless you have a note on this guy about what his min-betting means then i would say it looks really bluffy so definitely a value bet on the river, and definitely call a raise, it's unlikely he has a full house the way the hands been played.
