Pot odds are 2:1 and we can assume oppo has a pair on the board or 8s through Js. You're about 4:1 underdog here so I don't think you have the odds mate...

Raise much bigger pre-flop. 3x will just lead to playing multi-way, out of position. Given the respective stack sizes, you should be happy to commit any of them to the pot pre-flop. You can justifiably raise a bit bigger out of position to isolate limpers. Add a premium to the 3x+1 in these situations and don't fold if any of them shove. I'd be making this 440-500 pre-flop.

On the flop, as the others have said, it's an easy fold. Even if you know your two overcards are live you're not getting the right odds. There's nothing to guarantee that your cards are live, though, and there are very few draws that your opponent can be playing, so you're almost certainly never ahead with AQ.

    hi Larson7,

you must work on your pre-flop sizing. you would not end up in a lot of these spots if you raised more aggressively pre-flop. good rule of thumb at early levels is 3x plus 1 for every limper and plus 1 if oop. And then slowly reduce it as blinds get bigger.

as played easy fold - you asked the question, and got the answer - so listen to it! by which I mean your bet not this post.
