should sky ban the conspirocy believers??
hi if i owned a business and certain customer kept coming in and accusing me of ripping them off and stealing from them i would no longer accept their custom.
do you think sky should close accounts of players accusing them of stealing from them and fixing games(i do)
also i think any thread that suggest this should be closed.....

It reminds me of all the people on their soapboxes in The Life Of Brian!!
They make just about as much sense!!!
Keep them in! They keep me laughing!!!
Have a seperate forum for people with bad beats and complaining about fixing etc? Yes.
Everyone has a right to an opinion but I dont want to read about it - it does look bad especially when there are three or four on the go at one time and they are some of the busiest threads but banning the players is extreme.
Whether you can construe it as libellous is a different matter.
Suits....... what's your take on this?
They must be the easiest players to put on tilt huh
LOL
Gary
Also, people that think sites are fixed are generally the people that don't understand the game too well - hence we want them to stay here
cheers dave
The beauty of this Area51 is it gives the rest of us a reference point to visit to identify who we want to be playing against.
Minimum 5000 hands so we all could see how deviant their luck was from the norms.
I have a database of all the hands I ever played anywhere and every analysis I do shows I get the hole cards I should get in the right proportions oer time. They hit the flop as often as they should over time etc.,
When I stated I really felt the game was rigged because it is so hard to understand how long it takes for the variance to even out. Bad Runs can last weeks.
I am useless at poker but at least I can admit it. Most of my losses came from the fits I had after a few bad beats - not the beats themselves. My guess is most of these guys are newbies who cannot grasp that controlling tilt is probably the second or third most important skill you need to develope.
Look at your histories and you will be amazed how often you suck out on others.
In terms of banning them I hink it is a bad idea.
I like to read these posts cos it proves to me that there are loads of people who get frustrated just as I do.
In terms of SKY - I have played all the sites and the whinging is the same on them all but in these cases it is confined to the chatbox or independent web forums. It is refreshing to see that SKY provides a forum.
None of the major Poker Sites would risk the awful consequences that would arise if they were caught behaving fraudulently. Nor would they risk the profits they make from just running it straight.
I've played on many different sites and the moaners are everywhere.
When I respond to a an "accusation" on the chat by saying it happens on all sites and in live games they always respond with "Yeah...but it happens more on this site!"
RUBBISH - I just laugh and accept that some people suck out on your better hand. Its part and parcel of the game.
Good play will ultimately be more profitable but you have to accept the bad beats and curse your luck.
Its a part of the game that will never go away.
If everything was perfect the game would be boring and predictable!!
Don't ban them........beat them!!
The main problem is that the whole internet poker industry is not regulated stringently enough. If the goverment had an independent body to regulate these sites this would not be a problem. All of these online poker sites are regulated by offshore authorites eg aldernay, gibralatar. Why is this? Because these islands just want the money they get for approving these sites. Until you get a goverment body actually based in Britain or a body based in the USA for the American sites to regulate these sites there will always a seed of of doubt in some peoples minds. At the the end of the day people just want piece of mind and do these offshore regulatory bodies offer it ?
Anyway I believe the industry is fair you just get good runs and bad runs, all you can do is keep playing properly.
