I personally think this is a call, What hand can he have pre flop JJ+ doubt it or he would be 3 betting with hands like this id be putting him on a hand like 10JDD

he took such a strange line i was gonna raise the flop but my hand would be kinda face up  so  played it snug

I agree with you that it's polarised but I think it's more heavily weighted towards nutty hands. JTdd is definitely possible but as are 55/66/99 and even 56.

He's probably donking out on the flop with either big draws or strong made hands 2pr+ that are vulnerable to alot of turns cards on a flop like this. The river is a dream for any of his made hands and I just don't give people credit for overbet jamming rivers with air unless I've seen some evidence that they aint playing relatively ABC and we aint got them reads.

His line is more consistent with missed draws than the nuts due to the half pot bets leading up to the river. You'd think if his plan all along was to valuetown you he wouldnt have left himself with so much to bet on the river. Its concievable that he has a 6 but i would be inclined to call.
