Withdrawing funds and changing fortune?
A few times now I've withdrawn money from my Sky account and every time I do, I seem I experience significantly changing fortune i.e. the number of rivers I lose to and the number of 4 to 1 dog underpairs or other dominated hands (such as a JJ holding v QJ) that beat me on the turn or river seems to increase dramatically, way beyond what might usually be considered variance.
I've heard this from other people, anecdotally in conversation, and also on other blogs/forums, so I wondered if anyone else had experienced anything similar here on Sky.

It's absolutely true. Sky doesn't like anyone withdrawing money because it cuts Rupert Murdochs pension so they hand out lots of bad beats to make you redeposit.
Wonder how it works it is is a Heads-Up Table & BOTH players have just withdrawn some cash?......
;-)

I agree with Dagg hahaI'm pretty sure it came out during all that phone hacking stuff, something about if you take money out of your sky account, your downgraded to always lose on the river.
It depends on the amount you withdraw, it's not that bad if it's like a fiver or a tenner, but anything higher and you are in real trouble haha
Its alot easier to play your hands correct if your sitting at a 100nl table with a bankroll of £3000 staring you in the face than what it is if you have withdrawn £2500 of it and are now just looking at £500 even though you still have the exact same amount available to you.
Just my thoughts anyway
Class answer from Max btw
