I don't know if i should have been more aggressive in this hand, i was happy to check call for pot control.

We can definitely 3-bet pre-flop if we know prior to this hand that his range for open-raising includes A7o. That would be alot better than calling to play fit-or-fold on the flop.

In the absence of that read, the line you've taken is fine. Nice hand.
