Why is this bad? all areas of poker i think iv been given good information so im confident in my thought process, but bluffs i dont haave a clue. 

pre and flop is fine imo

should i give up on turn? flush draws will call and ace will call seeing as the turn is abit of a blank so i wont get folds?

River comes and i think i cn get an ace to fold, but is this wrong seeing as my flush draw would have to have been played aggresively and seeing as my opponent didnt 3 bet pre, his more likely to have flush hands then strong ax?

Where am i going wrong and what should be my thought process in bluffs?

As far as I can decipher you bet 1/2 pot on flop/turn, people are not going to fold nut flush draws vs half pot bets in position.

Barrelling the flop is okay but yeh, give up the turn. They either have a flush draw or an ace usually and neither will lay it down easily. If you're confident they don't have an ace, consider bluffing the river if the draws miss. But in general don't bluff at draws.

Bluffing always looks bad when villain has the hand you rep

But yeah prob give up on turn. As played don't mind bluffing river, but no need to shove imo
