TKO A COME BACK STORY..... CHAPTER TWO

As chapter two opens, words fill the air

Father Vaigret, is in his house of prayer

Preaching his sermon, to the deaf old crows

Trying to finish, before they decompose

Sat at the back, with arms locked tight

Tikay can feel it, the Orfordian might

It’s kept him awake, that word in his brain

‘Lost’ he whispers, its driving him insane

The hairs on his neck, stand up on end

2-0 up, he knows he can’t defend

Bounty hunters next, his scalps on the line

His gut tells him, lord Orford will shine

Out on the filed of battle….

Diggerman digs, are trenches deep

As he backs up, he emits a ‘BEEP BEEP BEEP’

He digs away, with a whistle and smile

The trenches run far, mile after mile

He starts to get thirsty, he digs on with self-belief

Chels brings him water, much to his relief

‘Thank you’ he pants, with sweat on his face

Spent his Sunday, digging at a frantic pace

At castle Orford….

Lord Orford cries out, he’s left stood waiting

A car he has called, because it is raining

And why should he not, he’s the lord after all

But that wicked old gnome, would make him crawl

Confident his troops, are ready and waiting

He spots the trenches, they are breath taking

With pride in his heart he looks on with wonder

‘My W.M.D will blow them to sunder’

The Orfordian chaplain, is out in the yard

Strengthening are hearts, and raising are guard

Kalooki8’s words, galvanise and inspire

Team Tikays defeat, like ice in a fire

Meanwhile down in the streets…..

A call goes out, for Mr Hartigan to answer

To help us defeat, this Team Tikay cancer

His answer is simple, and not over the top

‘This time no dinner, not even lamb chop’

And on this note chapter two must end

But on Tuesday, chapter three will be penned

The air will be charged, the closer we get

The bounty hunter will be ours, Orfordians dont fret
