Why do you think he's putting you on an Ace when all that's happened is a standard raise pre and a check on the turn? Not sure why you're checking the turn tbh..?

IMO bet flop and see reaction. 

As he's sb then I'd be worried that he has a pair(prob sixes as I'd expect a rer with JJ) in his hand and is now polarised between full house and two pair. Mind idcu I without some note to say the suits of the cards part of this may be up for reassessment as all info is NOT given in the problem. Personally I'd be asking what a sb would be involving himself in a hand with UTG+1 with. Unfortunately pair/ Ax is high on that list. So a rock and a high place I afraid but if I was hard enough I'd fold unless I'd seen a big all in push before from this player. Maybe he has a flush pending on the river card but we can't tell can we idcu !
