Longest ever session?

What is your longest ever session of poker in terms of hours online or live without a sustained break ? have been talking with a friend about doing a straight 24 hour session of cash online, not really sure why i remember reading that phil laak did a ridiculous session live once and has the record.. i'm guessing some of the cash grinders have played 24hours+ in a row in the past during promos? Im not actually sure what my longest ever session is, have played some really long hours in live homegames but probably only a max of like 8 hours and online i have always had lengthy breaks in really long sessions.

    ive done a 16 hr session str8 before during the cash champ promo starting at midday n finishing at 4 am done that a few times that month needed a week of after that month tho i was burnt out lol
