Table not loading....

Started 3 tournaments in the last hour, 1 works fine, the other 2 it just says. "please be advised you already have this table open" i clearly dont, i have deleted all browsing data, history and cache and cookies, ive tried it on the browser and download client and still getting the same message.. i spoke to customer crae and they were beyond useless and just said.. "no idea" would anyone else have any ideas on preventing this or anyone having the same problem???

I had the same mate. Contact CC, they will refund your buy in. (They haven't actually refunded mine yet, but I trust they will).

FWIW I also loaded 3 and the 1st worked fine....

I had the same thing. Couldnt get chat to load either. So called the support team. They suggested clearing cache etc which I did but still no joy. They said there were problems and to try again a little later. But I did get my buy in refunded.

Cash tables seem to be working OK though, although they do seem to be really laggy...

Had same probem. Was playing hyper husng, everything was ok till suddenly this one table wasn't openning and then the same message that this table is already open came. Lost the game blinded out. Then the next game loaded but it was playing so much sloooweeerrrrr. So, so tilting Whatever Giving up for today...

Yeah had lots of lag today, rather annoying considering the maintenence that took place in the early hours.

Customer care told me i had to take it up with talk talk as apparently its an issue with them but i dont see how this is considering interent is fine and 1 table is working

Don't take that Jordz! I am with BT and I have same problem. It's deffo their problem for everyone to be saying it. Just say other people on the forum are saying the same thing.

same with me main working fine so was dym but laggy and mini says u already have this table open.. i to am with talk talk.. reg for couple more dyms and they are working fine

I just chased up the lack of refund, it took about 10 minutes and then they said they are going to investigate the problem a bit before refunding, but they have admitted it's their problem and I / (we) will get refunds. Just make sure you report it to them.

yeah i finally got my refund at the 3rd time of complaining, i said i wont be playing again until they can be sure that the problem has been fixed, it's the waste of time that has annoyed me more than the money, basically wasted a whole night!

All my tables have been really laggy today.
It seems that when there is an update there is a problem straight after either with logging on, the lobbies or laggy tables.
I am no software expert but surely there is some way of making sure these updates wont cause other problems on the site.

What was particulary irritating was that the error message i got on the screen gave out an incorrect customer service number.
In fairness though when i did get through t customer care eventually they refunded with no problem

This is ridiculous, laggy tables, next to no sngs running as many are missing from the lobby! Come on sky, its one problem after another

My tables keep crashing and closing.

I noticed an update when I fired up the dl client.

Sky must have broke something.

Hu was virtually unplayable at times, both me and the other player noted in the chatbox we were experiencing lag with other internet pages running fine. This is really dissapointing, would expect sky to at least accept the fault is with them, really not good for the site having these problems arise often.

laggy tables connection probs blowing off money before i lose connection on another table this is not good and im with sky bb so this isnt talk talk bt or any other supplier ok till this ams update off to bed please sort it SKY COS ITS REALLY NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!
