Is there any way of making 100% sure a friend can play the Birmingham SPT?

I can register being priority but obvs cant for non priority.  They wont be playing sats either.

dont quote me on this but im sure if it doesnt fill up they open it up to anyone either online or buy in when u get there.

Going by way its going it will fill.

I maybe be buying my partner in on the day, pending if she qualifies or not. However this means being early and probably the alternates list
