Id say ive done double that on double my standard table set out. feel completely drained tbh. Dont know how Donttelmum does it. However i did go back to 6 tables for a 5am session when i woke up and literally was too slow, so played fifa instead lol

I would absoloutley love to know how everyone has got on. Are you up or down and if so by how much? Especially from those players that usually play at higher stakes.

I ask this for two reasons; firstly, pure curiosity. Playing so many tables for so long must effect your judgement and your usual playing style so im assuming most of you are playing pretty much ABC poker. I would like to know how profitable this is at 4nl as its the limit I usually play. During this time I have found it much easier and much more profitable to play during this time as the calibre of player is better so 3/4 betting is more common and usually in a definable range.

Secondly, is it worth the drop down to win the money or is it simply a 'I want to be top' mentality that spurs you on? Surely a lot of you would make more at the higher stakes you usually play? Or is it a challange to yourself/others to play so many tables for so long?

    I would love your insights.

    Craig.

3/4 betting is more common? defineable range yes, more common certainly not.

i play there most the time anyway and the hours and tables im playing isnt much more than i normally do. i'd go as far and say a simple raise is becoming rare these last few days never mind getting into the 3/4 bet scenario. i can count how many 3 bets ive seen today on my fingers and 4 bets with just my thumbs.

Craig i dont have a huge bankroll to play the number of tables i need variance wise the step down was the only option.

Id also like to develop a multi table games.

My profit is about +5 buy ins, running brual tho but meh

    Hi Tintin,

Maybe it's just how it's been for me and the tables I've been on (only do two at a time) but I have been 3 bet more often but  I should have said more aggressively (3x) instead of the usual click back.

I've seen you many a time on the tables and have a lot of respect for your play and to say you play a lot usually I would love to know what your average profit is per month? Don't mind me if I'm being to nosy, I don't mind being told where to go (I get it often enough from the misses!). I only ask as I'm mainly an MTT player and learning my cash skills here. I'm generally finishing up and getting better but I don't have any sort of bench mark to go off.

That's a good point about BR and variance. Having to play a lot of tables at once can spread it thin.

I find multi tabling hard, generally I only do two, the most I can effectively do is four but that means total concentration and that only gets moody looks from the other half when she's talking to me and I hear nothing! So god knows how ppl do 16, 20 and more for hours at a time! I can't see how it's possible to keep up and move your mouse never mind making decisions.

A profit is a profit! Think of all your PP! :) You'll be playing freerolls all year now!

i dont want to derail this thread too much by going off on one. the link below is for a thread where a few of us posted up our results over the space for a few weeks, you might have read it at the time coz it wasnt that long ago, it will give you an idea. as for average i dont keep detailed figures but going off what i withdraw n all that its around the 80 buyin mark, thats over quite a few months. if there is anything else you want to ask feel free to drop me a pm
