The disappearing offer.
Did anyone else receive an offer last night, (Friday 25th May), between 8 and 9 pm, for a free tournament ticket, which has since disappeared? On start up of the client, a pop up window came up with the offer, and a download code, which was not recognised in "my acount".
I restarted five times, and each time the pop up window appeared with the offer, but never worked.
Today, we're back to the normal pop up window at start up.
I've tried messaging customer services about it, and they seem incapable of understanding what I'm talking about, asking continually for a screenshot I can't give them, and stating simply it is not an offer Sky are running. But the window was there, I didn't imagine it.
Just wondering if anyone else saw it, or has seen something similiar, to reassure myself I'm not going round the bend.
