Super easy call imo.

If he has exactly QJ (the only possible hand that beats you) you're unlucky, otherwise you're crushing a ton of other hands he can have here.

On a side note, even if he does have QJ, you still have 1 Ace, 3 fives, 3 kings and 3 tens to make a FH so 10 outs so about 20% chance, but I think he'll show up with worse hands than top set alot more.
