Terrible shove, terrible
Shove Ax pre in a bountyhunter and it is quite possible you will get called by worse, or a coinflip.
Shipping the above example, you are almost never getting called by worse. The only possibly worse hand that might consider calling is a worse 4, and thats only if they are bat sheet insane.
Anyway, shipping ace low in a bounty pre is also pretty bad, unless shortstacked
