Hand 1: FOLD - sure can see junk - but also AK and even AA (not optimal play but it happens)

you've got way too many chips to throw them away blind

I used to call with JJ, now would need more than that readless

Hand 2: Betsizing

150 is fine if ip and first to act

but oop with a limper already in the pot i would make it at least 200

as played either bet the turn or c/f 

imho

edit - ok the 150 is on top of the 30 in the blind so not as low as i thought - but still could be a bit bigger
