Not really much background here he  is aggro and also very aware so am I, we are both playing most the cards dealt.

He either has the 9 or nothing here right? Or trapping with an overpair?

    He could also have 33, 56, and probably A5.

    I think we'd need to have seen it before to believe this. Generally, this shove is more often a monster than a bluff.

    This would be a tougher spot if we had the 9 but as it is I think it's safe to say that we're beat here more often than we're good. Readless, sometimes our opponent is good enough to read our check behind on the turn as pot control. Sometimes he's bad enough to make reckless moves. Most of the time he's just got a big hand.
