mo farah is havig a race against usain bolt over 600 metres for charity who would win and why  thoughts ?

I think Mo would win this. If it was 400 or below I think Usain... 600 is still a bit of a treck when running and those distance runners do still run pretty quick.

600m imo would be mo, reason. the energy pathway utliised over a 600m race would favour Mo. If anybody has run a good competitive 400m, they know there is simply no way of doing another 50m at that finishing pace, let alone another 200m.






400m would be bolt easy

800m Mo comfortably.

Mo Farah for sure as when winning his races over alot further he still has a quick final lap (400 m)  up his sleeve, Bolt will lead for sure so bet Farah in running.
