I'm thrilled to have just won a Bounty Hunter tourney for the first time. I came top of a field of 57 in the 16-05 £2.00 + 30p event. Most of you are probably thinking 'so what', but I'm absolutely delighted and cracking open a beer to celebrate right now.
To be honest I picked up good cards when it really mattered and was very fortunate to win an all-in situation as underdog with 7 standing, but it feels great all the same. A special thanks to the my very friendly opponents, especially at the final table, there was great banter, nobody moaned about being knocked out and all were wishing each other well.
I'm going to enjoy this moment, after all it might be a long time 'til the next one!
I think we started on the same table together in that.
Needless to say you got a lot further than me.
