Different cash levels - playing style

Inspired by this post.
Obviously there's been lots of discussions about how play varies by cash blinds level and it's not always the case that all games play the same. However, generally what are the differences in your experience?
We'd be particularly interested to here from people who have played various levels to see what they found the differences are.
Do these differences happen gradually up or down the blind levels or are there noticable differences between, say for example, 5p/10p and 10p/20p or 50p/£1 and £1/£2.
