its a scary flop.. probs try n keep the pot as small as possible.. because if he doesnt already have it.. and has something like Kh9c he probs wont fold..

shove it all in post flop, you got a made hand, % says he hasnt. if he wants to put his tourny on the line on a draw, you can at least make him do it with sweat on his brow!!

This is a really hard hand to play imo. If the blinds were higher I would definitely be shoving here, but with them still at 15/30 i dont see much point as you are probably only being called by the made flush, and do you really want to put your whole tournament life on the line for the sake of getting 135 chips? I would raise more on the flop (probably about twice the pot), then if he calls this I'm just calling on the turn and river for pot control unless a fourth heart hits as it did in this hand, then its an instant fold.

I prefer cummins idea on the hand to pod1. I like to always play on the side of caution. The raise on the flop is good, it probably doesn't show you have a flopped flush or you would smooth call, but it does weed out anyone who does not have a heart. As for the turn id flat call the bet, see what the river brings, if he bets out id be running. By re-raising the turn and him calling you made the pot 1440, where as a flat call makes it only 720. If he then decides to bet half the pot like he did its only 360 for information rather than 720 if you do wish to call.

Remember if there is danger try and keep the pots small, if you are sat very strong with no danger, thats when you can start building the pot. Remember what your taught as school "Saftey First"
