Pop out note window

yup been suggested, as has the ability to hover over and have the notes pop up + right click to change note colour. :-)

Being as Sky is not hud compatible, I rely a lot more of taking notes. The note section doesn't offer much room at all and I would like to see a pop out, reseizable note taking window with an auto date feature.
