    His point was women aren't as competitive as men, which is true.

    Testosterone gives drive, determination and competitiveness.

    Testosterone is an advantage as well as a disadvantage.

    The drive means men generally will get further in eg careers.

    However, it also shows a negative side eg the amount of men that end up in prison compared to women.
