Oppo is a decent reg.  He's seen me just DU with top set after 3 betting in the blinds.  He seems fairly tight and hasnt 4 bet ever.  Is he ever raising here with a hand that doesnt beat me?

This flop smashes his raise/calling range. He's raised half his stack. Even if we are ahead on this flop, we will be up against a hand with good equity vs us (K10h,910h,A10h etc). More likely, there are too many 2 pair and straight combo's that have us in bad shape. 

I think this is one of the easier AA folds. We could be drawing super thin/have to dodge half the deck.

Fold, unless notes say villain will stack off light.

Have you played him enough to know he never 4bets? What's your perceived 3b range?  How wide does he call 3bets ip ?
