You aint gonna wanna hear this but you've probably brought it on yourself.

Why on earth are you limp/calling small PPs (or any hand) UTG?

If you raise like you should have done, I'd be shocked to see Q3 call, as it is you've limped and so invite people to start playing trash.

FWIW, 44/88 are certainly within their range to play exactly as they did so doesn't have to be Q3/Q4/Q8 but yeah I'm never folding/not getting it in.

fair enough comment paul but I limped to see the action if I 3x and get raised im probably folding I didn't think it was bad play on my part but why has q3 called the raise ! Im betting all the way thinking he may have a decent queen and didn't want him hitting a better house im never thinking im losing on that flop !

well, 

1) hes 0mc,

2) he has a huge stack, and 

3) he has position

but basically, fold or raise pre... get out of the habit of 'omg i has pp i must see flop' if you get 3 bet then fold

by limp/calling you've basically made sure you're check/folding the majority of flops.

paul is right here u should take the initative in the hand 

if the hand is gd enough to call then its gd enough to riase i dont see the point in calling if u say ya going to fold to a 4 x u be the aggressor then q 3 hand prob fold preflop
