Final event details for players who have entered the Sky Poker Tour Event at Aspers, Newcastle are as follows:
DATES
The Sky Poker Tour Newcastle Event is a two day £100+£10, £15,000 GTD tournament on 7-8 September 2013
There are three supporting events as follows:
Friday 6th September 7pm £20+£5 Freeze-out Starting Stack 5,000 Chips Blinds 3 Levels x 20 minutes then 25 minutes thereafter
Saturday 7th September 7pm £20+£5 Freeze-out Starting Stack: 8,000 Chips Blinds: 3 Levels x 20 minutes , 25 minutes thereafter
Sunday 8th September 3pm £25+£5 Freeze-out Starting Stack: 10,000 ChipsBlinds: 3 x 20 Minute Clock , 25 minutes thereafter.
Late Registration for the Supporting Events is for One hour

We’re open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 364 days a year.

Is there a door fee?
Entry to Aspers Casino is free of charge. There is no door fee.
Do I need to be a member to visit?
You don’t need to be a member to visit Aspers Casino. You can come in at any time, we’re open all day and all night.
Can I park at Aspers Casino?
Yes, please use The Gate Car Park which is located on Stowell St. Alternatively you can park at the NCP car park, also located on Stowell St. or St. James Park which is just a 2 minute walk from our Stowell St. entrance.

Face paints - as long as the customer can be identified i.e. able to check out membership

Do I need to carry any ID when I visit the casino?
You need to carry some ID if:
You look under 21 years of age
You plan to spend over £1,500 in the casino

For the Main Event play commences at 2pm sharp on Saturday 7th September. Please be ready to take your seats from 1.45pm.

Fifteen levels will be played on Day One
PRIZES
For all events will be announced once the final number of players is known. Each event will payout to a traditional payout structure
Alternates will be allowed the opportunity to take part during the first three levels in all events.
For the Main SPT event all prize monies are paid into your Sky Poker account within 48 hours and will not be paid out at the venue on the day.
ONLINE SATELLITES AND DIRECT BUY IN
At the time of writing seats are available for the SPT Newcastle event via nightly Online Satellites in the Sky Poker Tournament lobby. Please check the lobby and forum for final Online Satellites on Sky poker in the run up to the event and any news of Direct Buy-in should it become available. If available, seats can be purchased on the day at the venue. If sold out, alternates for three levels.
LIVE SATELLITES
Aspers Newcastle is holding two live satellites as follows:
Monday (2nd Sept) and Wednesday (4th Sept) where there will be 3 tickets Guaranteed each night
The tournaments will be:
Buy In: £10+£3 with 1 optional rebuy (£10- 3,000 chips) and 1 add on (£10- 5,000 chips)
Starting Stack: 3,000 chips
Blinds , 20 minutes throughout
Start Time : 8pm.
Late registration for these events is 1 hour.
BUFFET
A free buffet will be laid on for players on Saturday at approximately 5-6pm. A bar and food menu will be available at the venue
PRESS
Journalists, photographers and Sky Poker TV will be present throughout the tournament. By entering this tournament you accept that your image may be used in Sky Poker press marketing campaigns.
SKY POKER TV
The Sky Poker TV crew will be at the event and will be filming highlights of the tournament as well as interviewing players where appropriate.
LIVE UPDATE
Sky Poker will be reporting from the event on the Sky Poker forum throughout the day. Feel free to tell your friends and family, who can follow your progress on the forum.
