Yes, chat banned players can participate.  If one gets selected though, you'll be required to turn down your TV when they're on.

Yes, MickJenn e-Mailed me today with the same question, & I'll reply that he can. It's open to ALL players on Sky Poker.

I'm a bit over-run today, but tell him I'll reply tonight.
