just got through to sky customer services and get told to try later, its getting a bit of a joke (customer services that is)

Sky Des this really needs to be addressed, the customer service team really have no idea 99% of the time.Twice in a week now i get fobbed off.

As regards to tonights problems any thoughts on whats wrong or is it due to the new site (which loks great by the way)

Not working full stop. Support say games may all be cancelled but they cant say for sure. Just means you have to sit and wait or could lose your buy in if the games go ahead.

me too on the dym omaha, okay its only 2 quid but its more the window constantly popping up telling me 'initialising please wait' all the time lol

My wife and daughter are at the outlaws, so I've opened a fine bottle of red and was looking forward to an evening playing poker.
Guess I'll have to watch The Bill or some other such nonsense.

Same here!

Logged on about 30mins ago...registered for a couple of DYMs...tables popped up but all I can see is the "initializing Please Wait" screen...phoned helpline and got told I have to download Adobe FlashPlayer, which I already have installed!! 

Anyway, I did as told but it didn't fix it, so now I'm patiently waiting for it to be sorted out...hopefully it won't be too long...

its amazing the SITE is having problems, 1 customer gets told "its adobe" i get told "they dont know whats wrong"

gets a bit annoying.!!!!!!

Same problem here entered a £3 dym about 8.30pm and it loads screen and then just says initialising.

If you want something to do while the tables are broken, go to skybet and back Chester City to beat Rushden and Diamonds this Saturday at 13/2.

Betfair are 4/1, 13/2 is a steal. If you wanted, you could always lay it off at 4/1 and make a GUARANTEED profit.
