slightly confused about a satallite...

I just won a satellite (not a brag thread i promise) where the prize was entry into the £1,000 BH at 21:30, only slight problem being, there doesnt seem to be a £1,000 BH at 21:30, so i have no idea what im entered to, or if im even entered

Hmmm... I can't see any such tournament either and you're not registered for any of the other bounty hunters starting around that time.

Get on to Customer Care would be the best advice.

Have the satellite's tournament ID handy. You should be able to find it in your "My Tables" section under the "My Sky Poker" tab.

aah i found it, that may speed things up.

Problem solved, they moved it to 21:45 and have now registered me, although other 2 still arent registered got to say though customer service was great dont know why people complain about them

scroll down to the bottom of the screena nd in creen it says contact us, then click live chat, or phone are easiest i guess, type in your query and go from there

trying to find a phone number is like looking for syrian chemical weapons - it probably exists but is impossible to locate.

my a/c has been credited now - fair play to whoever sorted it,the chemical weapons analogy still applies though.

I got in after a phonecall to customer care - Never seen them move it like that before - I blame that on my aces getting crushed
